This would be more persuasive if it didn’t presume the only reason I like grass is because my neighbors have grass in their yard.
It’s possible to have very few weeds without using any chemicals at all. Once a lawn is thick enough, it’s hard for non-grass things to grow there.
It seems the suggestion is that you like grass because you have been trained to do so.
