Assuming a purely Darwinian and corrupt system, I still don't understand why there isn't a rational, cunning US billionaire faction that wouldn't find a way to leverage lots of reps and senators to overthrow an economic arsonists' new money billionaire faction. The former likes more stable, net money long-term but not chaotic money destruction.
