Seems like a win for governments/corpos against the Declaration of Independence of Cyberspace, and maybe they'll get their blood here in Spain possibly.
But I just can't imagine this state control over the net actually happening at scale. The courts even when they are entirely lopsidedly on the side of information control can't find enough places to try to squeeze. This might cause some shift and shuffle, but LaLiga has made access incredibly difficult to deal with and them and all the state's powers are not going to come mildly close to forcing people into trying to figure out which services they need to pay for to see their games. It's not happening, and you are losers, and you suck, and you've made it awful, and the internet will route around your dumb damage you inflict on everyone.
