Seems appropriate, if you break the law while holding public positions, you should not be able to hold public positions again.
The bill has some great things like 50% tax on the private prison system
Too bad SCOTUS dropped the ball on that one for the most powerful public position
Seems more like a pysop so right wingers can say "See the left doesn't respect due process either"
They’re going to say that no matter what, facts don’t matter to them.
