I think anyone who uses the word "solve" is exaggerating because nothing is ever solved, only mitigated. I'd also be suspect of the source, being a social media influencer and involved with a startup trying to sell this.
What I do think more generally is that AI companies have incentives to address alignment, hallucinations, and factuality on their own, for trust and profits.
