In a short run it works well. But after a time, if your mind drifts, the lack of context made me lose where I was. I think you need the original text right there to know where you are. Otherwise it feels a bit like being driven by the machine.

I had never heard of this technique, but the demo worked well. I was comfortably able to keep up.
I'm going to have to try it some more as I go through my mooring papers. I'll report back
