Hilton responded positively to questions from vaccine skeptics, saying he thought it “outrageous” that children needed to be vaccinated as a condition of attending public school and that he was a strong believer in “medical freedom”.
If he was referring specifically to the COVID vaccine, I think he has a valid point. If he's talking about other, long tested vaccines for something that they actually PREVENT, then I think you have a point.
If anyone votes for this idiot they deserve what they get.

So he IS an ideologue rather than a pragmatist.
