The Western world rediscovers dietary fiber. More on this modern miracle at 6.

Removal of toxins from the lining is important - this stuff works wonders in that regard. You want to start the next day refreshed, take a little the night before.

There's no comparing the side effects to ozempic, as psylium husk only has "two."

Alright I’ll bite. What “toxins” are you removing by increasing dietary fiber? And how would this somehow be different from the “toxins” that are supposedly removed in a juice cleanse or other similar ideas?

Pooping too much and not being able to poop, right?

      Well, and gassiness.

"Two" probably means "number two" a.k.a. pooping.

All this time and I'm still confused why anyone cares about these drugs.

What's the point if so many people on Ozempic or similar have fucked up diets they're never going to fix and refuse to exercise?

Because they help those people stay thin. For some, that's enough.
