      Not at all. The Turner Diaries would never be liable if someone used it to plan a mass shooting. Or the architect who made the blueprints of the site.

        Bad analogy.

        Books and blueprints may contain static info but they don't have the ability to actively participate and respond to prompts with specific details.

        If a person actively participated and helped plan an attack, they would not only be liable but could also be criminally charged as an accessory.

        The big selling point of AI is it's ability to offer a similar level of participation --- in the workplace and also in criminal activities.
