Taco Bell went from a decent fast food joint to a place with bad service that sells premade food that comes in huge plastic bags. Yuck. KFC is also inedible.

Having an AI there won't help, and it's sad because both were founded by restaurant entrepreneurs who cared about quality, The Colonel of course, and Glen Bell.

AI can do so much to improve efficiency in operations, and it will one day be good enough to be in front of the consumer. Now? idk

Not yet accurate nor flexible enough to replace properly-trained humans at point-of-order, or drive-thru order kiosks.
