So we built Tminus. It completely automates the App Store submission process, starting with an audit of your app to flag any potential causes for rejection. It generates all the compliance and metadata and submits on your behalf. If your app gets rejected, it pulls the feedback, makes the necessary changes and resubmits until approval.
