    The tipping point was neoliberalism in the 70s. Which created this quasi-intellectual class who benefitted off of labor arbitrage masquerading as "good-guyism" of helping the world by expanding our largess. Their failure is just coming home to roost. Trump is a symptom of a deeper diaease.
