So anybody can do anything with the content you have uploadded to instagram. You can always have AI-image which really is the original
Easy solution --- just opt out of all things Metaverse related.
Easier solution: death penalty for coporations that violate more than they create.
Even if you do that, if someone who is in the Metaverse takes your picture and uploads it, it ends up in the training data.
Some impact is still possible but it can only be less if you haven't willingly identified yourself to the "Metaverse".
