AI-isms go deeper than em-dashes and 'load-bearing'

    I often refer to this as word salad and have for the moment written some guardrails as an attempt to keep claude/gpt/whatever from outputting this sort of text. Claude especially likes to ignore the guardrails though. I've tried a few skills as well but it too easily will avoid those as well.

    It reminds me of some TV show or Hollywood movie where the nerdy tech person says gibberish and the word "mainframe" a few times, and the main characters have to say "In English please?" I feel like the main character when reading some of these AI-isms.

    i tried to filter out a long list of these but still claude struggles to write like a human
