    Stories like this are a dime a dozen. It amazes me that these types of companies manage to find talent.

    I suppose most of these people are just "doing it for the paycheck" with the expectation that they will eventually get 86’d.

    I honestly hate that it has come to this. My parents worked at the same company for decades and enjoyed job security/protection with the help of unions and government that gave a damn about the working class.

    Now we — working class — have been reduced to a fucking number. Ellison crime family doesn’t give a shit that you delivered 100X your salary. It’s all about pumping the share price, short term gains and appeasing the Epstein class.
