Escalation of cyber warfare tactics can’t possibly lead to a full blown conflagration, right? Right?!?

The great thing about a randomizing proxy is that it has relatively little to secure while delivering the full features of whatever site you want to pull into the escalation next.

Anyone on HN heard of defending themselves before? The economic losses and impact on this country’s business and IP is staggering. It always annoyed me in breach response that we couldn’t hack back. Just lie there and take it is some very weak posture. We don’t negotiate with terrorists, so why don’t we stop being pillaged by know bad actors/states/org crime?
