Fun story, but libraries occasionally get rid of things without removing all their labels. It's very possible it was discarded by the library rather than lent & overdue.
132 years is a long time to hold a magazine.
Stardust goes missing, stardust is sometimes eventually found.
Unfortunately, no photo of said magazine. This is cool though:
