One suggestion, /food-prices/retail table sortable by column asc/desc just like in commodities
I like ordering by percentage desc to see the highest price jump

Why is x axis unmarked? Is it hours, days, years, bananas?
It's the past year, but yeah, it should indicate that more proximally to the axis.
Those graphs look like an AI tried to copy Charles Joseph Minard's Retreat from Moscow diagram without understanding what it was or what it was depicting.
$0.80 per dz eggs seems wrong??

just make a fake walmart account for your local store
add a dozen items to your cart that you use most and take a screenshot or print to pdf
then go back in December and look at the same items
if you already use a walmart account for years, go back and look at a receipt and then add the same items and look at the price
