Aren't CEOs paid the big bucks to provide superior judgment, insight and guidance?
Instead, they just hop onboard the shiny slop train and start riding without any understanding or appreciation for the consequences.
Maybe CEOs are actually part of the problem.
Note the CEO here blames the employees, using the "you're holding it wrong" excuse.
