The obvious way to build this is three repositories: an app, a dashboard, and a backend.
I went with a monorepo instead. I also wanted to learn rust so after some time web part of the app is up.

Rust and Axum for the API
SeaORM for migrations
Specta generates the TypeScript from the Rust.
Bruno for api collection.
