Sundance must be livid, and has a plausible opportunity for a trademark dilution claim against this — especially given how often studios like to say the word ‘award’ to fluff up their rep with the shared audience of both companies.
Can we just call it Oracle Pictures so it triggers a more visceral reaction for me?
