    Their little MEMS switch looks interesting, but it's only SPST, most of the stuff I would want to do would be SPDT at minimum to avoid having to use pull up/pull down resistors.

    It might make an interesting switch for a switching regulator, depending on how much energy it takes per transition.

      I work here. No grey goo, but lots of robots. My mental model for the long run goal is the Feed from Diamond Age.

        What's it like there? How close are you to making the machine that makes the machine for your machines? ie, self replication?

          Self replication is not the goal. The long term vision is an automated factory with a wide variety of processes that use AI for generative design / process feedback. So, basically, if you can envision it, it can get built.
