      Probably by not abruptly cancelling shows after 1-2 seasons. Shows often take several years to gain momentum/meaningful following. Cancellation saves money short term at the cost of long term growth, not that I expect any c-level exec to understand this though

    If it could be concentrated on the top 5% of upper management that would be a great start. Maybe we could get a few productions without a political agenda, or at least a different one?

      The idea that culture should strive to be ideologically vacant and neutral is nonsensical. So is the idea that all viewpoints are automatically equally worth depicting as positive.

      "Political agenda" is just the current talking point for people who don't want to admit that ideas and change make them uncomfortable.
