I believe the overall idea is good. Overtime, you may have to evolve your differentiator. Similar systems have been in use in ERPs like Oracle & trading feeds. Where the news & time series data are scanned for risk profilings in various contexts.
Eg. Vendor onboarding risk, existing vendor risk & trading decisions.
Since you are building it for personalized portfolio - it becomes different game yet. These of late have moved to LLMs now from NLP based systems. So systems have existed in pockets in past.
Have you yet thought of differentiations or what was the resistance or acceptance of incumbents to have this feature or to which extent they already have it?
