I'm voting this up on the assumption that it's a parody.
It's mental illness, probably. Look up gang-stalking, it's a paranoid delusion of persecution, and the internet has enabled people that have it to get together and confirm each other's cases.
That’s what I thought at first… but I think that site is a parody of lesswrong and suggests singularitarnism is a collective mental illness.. I think!
