If there is one thing I have learned about the management class, it is that they tend to be lemmings, who believe in social proof above all else; few of them ( though sadly that applies to most people anyway -- it is just more concerning in the case our apparent leaderhsip ) can parse information on their own and apply it to the case at hand.
