Another tech lead also left Anthropic last month.
Why would (relatively) high tech folks leave a pre IPO company like Anthropic suddenly??
I'm sure Cat has enough vested shares where leaving Anthropic now doesn’t change her financial situation.
That I understand.. but for somebody who joined in 2024, leaving in less than 2 years doesn't sound great. Unless, of course, they have enough F** U $$$ amassed
biggest ones are probably cashing out or they don't support where the company is going
