They increased total spend, so maybe they are streamlining. My sense is that on an r&d team, there should be a power user tier, and then lower tiers capped at a hundred bucks or so, especially as the basic models improve. Apple is different than my world though because they have like huge video production teams, music production teams, etc. and stuff just not at all related to coding.
