When The Social Reckoning came out recently I saw several misguided comments from people that the title didn't make sense because there was never a reckoning for Zuckerberg. Right! That's because it was us who faced the reckoning. For enriching these people in exchange for platforms that are the path of least resistance for trading cat pictures.
Leaving aside the fact the personal attack you open with is against HN guidelines, you are stating theoretical harm (“dukes/lords deciding what I can say”), and completely ignoring the provably real existing harm of tech bros deciding what you can/can’t see i.e. the “algorithm”.
The simple fact is that vaccines DO contain harmfull ingredients and DO kill some children, which the drug industry will and does do ANYTHING to hide, spending litteraly billions buying politicians and settling lawsuits(quietly), and that ALL of the oposition to vaccines would vanish if the toxic adjuvicants, presevatives and other non imune stregthening ingredients were removed, but costs would go up, proffits would vanish and demands for further reform would imediatly follow, and that, is not GOOD business.
Of the near 26 million Australians (total population) whose coverage with 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine rapidly reached >95% in Australia by late 2021 ..

The Guardian wrote about a similar phenomenon a while ago 'free birth' social media groups of apparently hundreds of thousands of pregnant women who have sworn off all medical assistance in birth, have cult like leaders and ostracize each other when they seek external support.
If you look at the numbers these kinds of groups do, 25 million views on YT, 5 million podcast downloads, half a million group members, this stuff is sending us straight back to the dark ages. We need some sort of mass education campaign or something.
Vaccines have no double blind safety studies. Why would you trust them or anything said about them? The lack of data screams do not use. I think it is fine for mothers to question medical practice. Clearly the author here does not.
