Agreed. I have around 8 apps, sites, logins total for one child. I need to manage them all to keep things organized. It’s like the school just signed up for every service they were pitched.

      Mind listing what's their purposes?

Lunch, grades, general communication, specific communication, registration/admin, bus details, fundraising (multiple accounts and apps for this), sports details/tracking, club registration and details, volunteer signups … Not to mention email communications as well, and I’m likely forgetting ones they use once per year or once and never again. Also not counting them abandoning and switching services/apps from year to year.
